Think of your strongest skill or trait that would apply to working for this employer. Avoid the personal info like what you do in sports, who is your favorite team., Stick with something that applies to this job like a good listener, great will people, enjoy helping folks in need. Something to do with the company

I would avoid anything personal,however if the interviewer pushes the question I would keep it very generic.

Depends on the job,good interpersonal skills,good listening skills and most importantly,good communication skills,have examples as back up and try and link into the job.
