As part of an intense interview process for a design position, I did a large research project that addressed a major need in the company I was interviewing with. The company liked the project, but did not hire me. They kept my project. I really don't want them to use my ideas in their work, but am guessing it's too late to do anything about it now. I'm wondering what I should do next time to protect my ideas...any suggestions?
