I am fixed in what I call as "Chicken or Egg" situation. Employers in USA ask me if I have a valid H1B visa, while H1B visa providers ask me if I already have a job offer.

I have an L1 blanket Visa, and I am looking for a job in USA. I have a very distinquished skill in a very niche technology in Supply Chain Management, so there are jobs, but very few.

most of the job profiles are about 60-70% match, but the remaining 30-40% is taken away by lack of work authorization.
