Is there a way to recover a deleted Yahoo email Address and Yahoo Messenger ID?

In all honesty NO.
It's deleted from their system and gone forever.

I've had several Yahoo ID's deleted, along with two yahoo groups that were associated with the ID's. Yahoo gives you no notice at all. You try to sign in one day and you can't.
