why are so many scams allowed on the internet

hi guys, I'm from Weirs Beach, NH and have been trying for months, many, many months to find honest employment at home. Tell me, why isn't something done about the dishonest scams on the internet? I know for a fact that complaints are made however these people keep scaming. And we keep hoping that what we are looking for is not a scam. Is there nothing we can do? Thanks...J:

Part of the problem is the scam are run from overseas. Another reason is its easy to shut down one server and have them pop back up on another server. Also there is no one body that enforces laws on the Net.
