Steve Ballmer's specific comments on 'Why Avanade?'

Referring to alliance between Accenture, Microsoft, he has made specific comments on Avanade (the joint venture company). I would like to get text of his comment on need for Avanade (Why Avanade?).

What I can re-collect, he refers to Microsoft technology coupled with the power of Accenture, but what did he specifically refer to, for Avanade?
