I have a problem, there's someone as this email below:
Send me and email everyday with virus, spam, and some kind psycho words, ex "I know what are you doing now,I'm watching you now" at midnight every every day,
How can i know who is the owner of this email and where is email from?? I don't need to hack, just only wanna know who's he and tell him to stop. Please help me! I'm so scare.
Well, I wouldn't worry that they know what you are doing at any given moment in your home.
If you are using an email program such as Outlook Express, then I would right-click on the email as it is in your list of emails in your inbox. Then, left-click on properties.
There you will be able to see quite a bit of information about the message.
Have you received anything from this person other than in an email?
If it is only in emails, then I wouldn't worry about it.
Depending on what you use for email, like Outlook, Outlook Express, Yahoo, Excite, Hotmail, etc., there are settings that you can use to filter what kinds of email you receive and from whom.
I use Microsoft office outlook for my email and I set automatic forward mail into my home outlook express (hotmail POP3) when i'm not in an office. There's only psycho email to me right now. I think it's might be someone in my office try to make me nut. There's any ways to know what's IP address that this mail was sent. I might ask IT officer in my office to check that which computer belong that IP address.
You may find some information about this person from his MSN Profile but it might not be correct. Which e-mail program do you use? There are provision for filtering your messages. You should put him to the Junk e-mail. You have his e-mail id, send an e-mail asking him/her to stop it and inform the customer care of MSN Hotmail.

I use microsoft office outlook for my work email. I also have personal email at hotmail but the psycho email never been sent to there, only send at my office email address. (Like he know I always set auto-forward to personal mail when i'm out of the office). I wrote a thousand times to tell him to stop, but it never work.
I check with MSN profile already. There's no any information. I think it's fake email for using as dirty thing like this
Yes, I felt it that way. Someone would have created an e-mail id for doing dirty tricks like this. As you are using outlook you can filter all his mails to the junk mails. Empty the junk mails once a while without opening them.
You can set Outlook to view the headers which will indicate the IP address. But all that will tell you is what ISP they use. To obtain anything more would require a court order.
Thax all you guys. I talked my friend who is senior software engineer, He said as ScottGem. Especially if this email passes many gateways, it's possible that IP address may be changed somewhere. I think the best way is ignoring. And hope that he will stop without doing anything more than this.

You could try inputting his email address into the "blocked senders" section of your email account - that should work, unless he uses any other email addresses to contact you.
