sending google map of a country into a word document

Is it possible for my to send a map I want from the Google map sect. and save it into my Word document.
I'v tried everything....Help Miss Marple !!!!

Try using a screen capture utility to capture the map. You can press Alt+Printscrn and sace the window to the clipboard. Then paste into Word and crop it.

Thanks, but where would I get the screen capture utility!!. There wouldn't be any earier way? Not too up on this type of technology....
