searching and searching

Hello,

I am constantly searching on engines such as Google and Yahoo! etc and always when I need to come back to what I found in a previous search, I can never seem to find it again or remember how I got to it.

Does anyone know if major engines have a feature that allows me to track where I have been? or something similar?

Thanks,

Carley

You do have a few alternative options though:
  • There's always your browser history. Hit CTRL+H to see the pages you have recently visited.
  • Use a free online bookmarking tool like Del.icio.us. This is pretty much what the Google & Yahoo service offer you but Del.icio.us was the original. With these services, whenever you hit a page you think you will need to come back to later, add it to your Del.icio.us account and you will be able to view these saved links from any PC. Just remember that what you bookmark on Del.icio.us is public.
