Runescape login

I need help runescape wont login my computer it loads and takes 10 min for the title creen to show but when i try to type in my username it just freeze's. I tried updating my java software, chaged worlds and tried different thing on the detail select (forgot what's it called) but it still wont work and im sure i have at least over 120MB and i use low detail, so please help me i (I don't want to quit runescape yet).

First thing to try is completely clearing your internet cache.
In Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet OPtions > delete and clear buttons.

have you opened the internet options in IE.
If so you'll see 2 delete buttons and 1 clear button.
Use them.

Runescape login

Hey every one I need your help I can't log on to runescape I don't know why. CAn some one help me please i'll give you the infor mation you need to help me. This is what I have done so far:

I tried changing world's

Deleted my internet file's

Updated my java

I have over 300MB

I tried different detail's

Use low detail

But it still wont log in please help
