revmonlog file Virus

There is a file in most of my folders and when i delete them it reappears when the folder is either reopened or refreshed. I have AVG and McAfee Installed on my computer and scanned that file through them but it didn't work. Please help.

The file could be something harmless like Thumbs.db . Like Ben said - let us know what the file is.
