retrieving yahoo personal information

Hello,
My wife knows her yahoo id, but she can not remember her yahoo password or her personal information. Is there any way to retrieve that information or to get ahold of the people at yahoo over the telephone.
Thank You,
Fidel

I agree with Curlyben.

Odds are so slim that you will recover.

Why can’t your wife remember her personal information?

She can try 1 address, if that doesn’t work, try another one, etc.

That is provided she used accurate information when she signed up for the account.
