Navigation Bar with images

Navigation Bar with images

I have some rollover navigation bar images that I would like turn into expanding navigation buttons. I know how to make the expanding navigation with text but not images... I know it is possible but can't figure out how.

If there is a wizard that can do it in front page or dreamweaver I would love to be able to use that.
