Restore deleted internet history

I've deleted the internet history and now I need to restore it. How do I go about doing that?

You're out of luck there I'm afriad.
You could try a system restore, but I doubt very much it will work.
The only other way is attempting to read the index.dat file, but this isn't designed to be human readable.

you could try using a file recovery program, but I doubt it's worth the effort.
