Remove the some search engineer

Hi All expert,

I have some questions about remove the search engineer in Windows 98SE. Some search engineer install in my computer automatically after I browse some crack site. One is "Music Search Online", it start automatically when my computer startup. And I can't remove it in "Add & Remove program". Moverover not any execution file in Windows startup and "msconfig" when I checked. The second is "http://sbnl.com", when I open Internet Explorer, it will open one more browser and browse to sbnl.com automatically. Maybe some program to change my registry and set the default page to this we site. I remove it using "Regedit", but it will recover it later. So I can't remove it.

Could you please help me.
Many thanks
