frustrated as hell

i am extremely POed so i am going to try and remain calm for this:

last night i was chatting away as usual with AIM and desided it was time to go to bed. Fast forward to the next day when i desided to sign on. NOPE SORRY YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED... BUT WAIT... THERE IS MORE WE EVEN SUSPENDED LL YOUR ACCOUNTS INCLUDING ONES YOU HAVENT USED IN WEEKS

I took the suggestion i was given on the error message popup and waited. finally they all worked EXCEPT the one that i use. i also use it to talk to potential clients... so i am also kind of losing money that i really could use at the time.

And you would htink AIM or AOL would have a means of contacting them. NOPE!!!! I get redirected or told to go to their friggen FAQ as if that is going to solve all my problems. I simply want my screen name back up and running and i would like an explaination as to what happened. It is so frustrating trying to contact these people. I find it overly unprofessional. what do i do? seriosiously. i am at my whits end.

Since AIM is a free service there is extremely little support for it. is there someone else in might have been using your account after you went to sleep? Did you log off?

yeah. i have my suspiciouns. i have an ex friend who is a little bit on the wild immature side and i am almost postive her friends did something. they are those type of people who are adults now but miss high school so badly they pull dramatic ****. i could be wrong... but the timing is all too convenient. im justy going to let it go as usual i guess. it just sucks because i dont have my buddy list anymore and i have had that SN for years and years so i am pretty much going to have friends that i will never talk to again as i dont have a pedophilespace, nosebook, or any of that stuff. i think that is real nonsense if you ask me. stupid aol

You can save your buddylist to your hard drive as a backup. But its not AOL's fault if someone misused your account.

What was the EXACT full message you got. Did it say anything about Rate Limits?

You could try the 'forgot my password' link. Usually they send a new password to the email address you registered with, if that's what the problem is (I was assuming that your ex friend changed the password...maybe not). Anyways, that's what most sites do, though I can't say for sure that AIM does. I've never used it there.
