I've had microsoft explorer as browser, but when I added napster, every time I click on napster, get a message that microsoft has to close down. I switched to firefox as my browser and fixed the prob for a few weeks, but now when I go to internet, firefox comes up, but only top toolbar and nothing happens when I click on anything, plus lost bookmarks. Hope someone can help, thank you
