| You say that you have never visited the site, correct? So therefore, you have never given any personal information to that site. If that is the case then, it's not uncommon for a site to close visitor's enquires to it because of abuse that may have occurred because of others trying to gain access to the site and what they have tried to do on it.
I wouldn't take it personally, then. I don't really think that anyone is using your name and ID on the Internet.
For example, there is a site on which I have done a lot of advertising for my businesses. A year ago in July, they decided to close it to any new advertising. It wasn't until just recently, that I got an email from the site saying that I could edit my ads, but that they were still closed to any new advertising. That is just one example of a site closing its doors, so to speak.
