Go to Run
Type in msconfig
Enter will take you to the system menu
Select Startup tab
Scroll down to EULA
Uncheck the box
Reboot

This worked for me on my new Dell laptop. Hope it will work for others..............

You can also try uninstalling it in the Control Panel. Thats what I usually have to do to get rid of toolbars.
