Not able to save the downloaded page from a site

I have downloaded a site and while trying to save the pages of the site using the File Menu and SaveAs, I was prompted a message "not authorized to save this page/site" . How can I save the Page.

Hi,

some pages cannot be saved just from your browser. If you need to download websites or only one file from website get a website grabber program from any software download site.

Or just open ms word . press ctrl+a on the web page and ctrl+v on the blank word page. This is only if you need to just download one page.
