I tried to find and fix the error but the download available, my security told me would include spywear that I might not want and also that the download could damage files I already had.

I challenged AOL over this.

I was told that the pop up message was from an advertiser trying to sell soft ware.

I was told that I could stop these messages by going into keyword and choosing to stop pop ups from AOL and associate companies.

There may be faults with our computers but if they are not effecting the function of the machine then, in my view, they do not need fixing.
