Loss of internet on netbook

I have a virgin netbook which I got from virgin... Every time I watch a movie it just suddenly stop..and I can't do anything unless I switch it off!and another thing is when I'm on Skype it'll do the same thing...I'm just worried if I keep doing this switching off thing my netbook might broke..***...

Hi there, I bought a new netbook and loaded os 7pro but cannot create a domain of my old netbook. Is there someone that can help me to transfere my domain to the new netbook.

I keep getting this error messge on a blue screen. Stop: c0000218 {Registry File Failure} The registry cannot load the hive (file): \SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE or its log or alternate I have a netbook so I can't even boot from cd.. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Cheers....
