Someone told me there was a website that is basically a "graffitti investigation" website or something like that. Its a site that shows different places that had or has had graffitti damage, and I was wondering if anyone knew the site, or knew about anything like that. I am also looking for as many proxy servers to use as possible, where I am, the following are all already blocked:

monkeyproxy.com
ninjaproxy.com
alienproxy.com
proxyhole.com
proxyshot.com
pimpmyip.com
pagewash.com
hidebehind.net
