I am looking for a website that can give me the best route for my trip in the USA and also forecast the weather and road conditions.

YAHOO! Yahoo! you can use yahoo maps to plan the route, and they have weather forecasts for all over the country.

I just want to point out that I really like the way that this site has made the links so helpful. All you have to do is type in a website and it forms a link to the site, and titles it for you.
