Internet printing

Hey everyone. Please help me. I have summitted this question in E-mail also because I cannot print from E-mail or Internet. I have a pavillon desktop Hp and I have a printer HP C3100 Series All in One. My printer works good in programs such as word, but when I try to print something from e-mail or the internet it will not happen.
Following messages is what I get.
Trying to print from e-mail :
Error has occurred in the script of this page
Line #
Char 1
Error invalid argument
Code 0
Url: res//c:windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dig
And it ask if I want to continue running Scripts on this page
Yes or no and it takes me 3 clicks to get the error box to go away, and I still cannot print.

When I try to print something from the internet I get a blank print preview. If I try to print it, it will print a blank piece of paper with some headline of the site I was trying to print and it also has weird page numbers like 1 of 180 or 40 or 240. Even if I ask to print the current page. I sure hope you can help

How are you trying to print? Web pages were made to be viewed not printed, so sometimes you get incomplete prints. Many sites, therefore, have printer friendly pages and it sounds like you may be trying to use one of those, but the page is poorly designed giving script errors.

I think your problems have to do with the site you are printing and not your hardware.

Try these fixes (they go inot the 'guts' of Windows, you may feel more comfortable having a computer "expert" do it for you):
