how can i look up the history on my computer that has been erased from the internet thing?

There is a file called index.dat that keeps track of (among other things) the websites you visit. Even when you clear the history and clear your cache, the index.dat file still has all this information.

Google super winspy and look for the freeware version. It will let you see the contents of the index.dat file.
