    Internet Explorer Search Bar
I had some spyware on my computer, so I used Ad-aware to quarantine these files... now my search bar in IE won't work. If I type something in to search, it says "this page cannot be displayed" How would I fix this?

    Dancer,

Try offering a little more description... what search bar are you missing, what's your os, internet/'network connection, etc, etc.

    IE Error
    Hi,

Go to Windows Update and download the available updates. Have you checked for viruses? Go to: http://sarc.com/ Scroll down and click on,"Free Online Virus and Security Check" and run the virus check. Write down exactly anything it finds, then return to: http://sarc.com/ and do a search for what was found. Symantec usually has a removal tool and/or directions for removing manually.

    Hope this helps!

Can you go to any other sites straight from the search bar, like Google for example ?
