Internet Explorer 7

I have just installed I/E 7. in Australia I used to be able to listen to TAB races live with I/E 6. Now i do not get a peep out of it. Everything else seems to be working ok.
Can anybody suggest a cure.

Internet Explorer (IE) and AOL are two different products. IE is not something you "log on" to - it is a program that you start from your PC. Do you have an IE icon on your desktop?

Both AOL and IE will give you access to the Internet

Let me know if this helps.

How did you used to Listen through IE - Media Player? IE does not have a "player" of it own...so you must have some other software to do that. Suggest you get latest version of Media Player from Microsoft.

LTheobald agrees: Yep, that sounds about right. Welcome to the board as well

I agree with this. It sounds like IE7 doesn't have a plugin for the media player the page is requesting.

Also remember that IE7 is still in a beta phase. There will still be things wrong with it that the development team are working on.

You can regularly check for updates as well. Beware of IE7. I was an early user and upgraded from IE6. Once I downgraded because of several issues, my IE6 was ruined. When started it would lock up my PC for several minutes (2.2GHZ 500MB RAM). And good luck trying to uninstall/reinstall IE. Several issues there as well.
You might want to try firefox.

I Uninstalled IE7 and reverted back to IE6, as a result I have no Help in Messenger nor IR6. Sooo beware of IE7 Beta.
