I am receiving mail ok but when I try to send out via Outlook Express. the message comes back: " Incredimail Connection failure" 454 Directory not available
can anyone help

Incredimail is one of the worst written programs I have ever seen..and I do a lot of tech support. The sooner you uninstall that piece of junk the better. No one wants sounds and flashy icons in their emails.

This can be a problem with the application, because it can't find your mail folder
