How can I open a web page and have it maximized

If you mean when you go from one site to another a new window opens up and it is smaller than the rest of the screen, you just click on the small square next to the x in the upper right hand corner of the screen or the intermingled two squares, and that should "maximize" (enlarge) the window the the full size of the entire screen.
