how to remove adware Global Pop.exe

I need to remove this

File Name: Global Pop.exe
Threat Name: Adware.Lop!dl

Can you please help?

humm Global Pop.exe seems to be associated with lop.com and as NeedKarma said spybot would be a good first step.

also start using firefox instead for internet explorer .
