Home Page Hijacked

Hello !
Protectstand.com has hijacked my homepage. I ran my antivirus scan, it quarantined a trojan virus and i deleted it. i also ran my spyware scan, it found several and i deleted them all. I rebooted my computer, but the homepage is still "protectstand.com".
Anyone have any solutions???
Thanks so much !

Thanks Scott,
I have googled and found several suggestions - but i am leary of downloading anti spyware programs. I am going to try "Hijackthis" this evening. Obviously my firewall/virus protection software hasn't worked very well.
