| Helpless but not hopeless
I have a computer that will under no circumstances access the internet. I've checked anti-virus, firewall settings......It keeps telling me that the ping command is in use by another program, but I for the life of me can not narrow it down to which one. I've tried the following:
Ping
ipconfig
reset the router
I know that I'm missing something possibly simple, is there anything that you can suggest? BTW, I'm running vista.
And too, I see the network, just can't access the net......
