Getting meta tags taken off/google search results

I used the same basic username for quite a few things "nickfromstrood" and i posted a rather angsty post about my ex a long time ago... Now when anyone puts "nickfromstrood" in to google that discussion comes up. This is a little embarrasing.. Is there anyway this can be taken off of google search results?

Nope. Here's a lesson learned - do not use the same username for all discussion boards.

It's possible to get it removed, but you may not be able to, since it's a forum and not your own site. It just depends on who you can talk to about it.

How can I prevent my own content from being indexed or remove content from Google's index?
