freezing

Hi,

My computer freezes when I am trying to watch Internet TV or stream video.

Does anybody knows what is the problem?

Tx

Re: freezing

Try cleaning up the computer. With Internet Explorer opened, go to Tools, Internet Options, under the General tab click Delete Cookies, Delete Temporary Internet Files and Clear History. While there change the number of days to keep history to 3 instead of the default 20.

Do a scan and defrag. Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, click Scan Disk. When that is done, navigate back to System Tools, this time click Disk Defragmenter. Reboot the computer.

If that doesn't work you might require more memory.

Hope this helps!
