Are there any free web hosts out there with NO hidden charges and a good deal of monthly bandwidth space?? (3GB +?)

These sites support PHP and are free, and offer a decent amount of space and bandwidth. The downside is that they probably run many advertisments.

don't know if this is much help to you but www.photobucket.com is a free hosting site for pictures without any advertising
