Laptop freezes when I download net files.
When I click on a URL to download anything on the net, my LAPTOP freeezes. I am required to close the internet explorer and start again. Can you help me please?

Please post a hijackthis log HijackThis Tutorial - How to use HijackThis to remove Browser Hijackers & Spyware .I suspect it is toolbars and BHO but cant be sure with a log.
