Flash - .swf file

what software should i need to use for open this kind of files, and how can I make my own .swf file, where can I get an example of the file, and what kind of code used for this kind of file.

It's a flash movie.

You need the freeware closed-source flash player from macromedia.com to play it. I believe there is a standalone version available, or you can just play the movie through your web browser.

To edit it, you will need Macromedia Flash, which costs quite a bit.

There are many flash decompilers out there for free though. But that wont allow you to make your own swf, just view the contens of a swf.

using Open Office.org office suite you can make basic .swf files but they will be in basic presentation format, however they WILL be flash pics.
