    Exchange incoming
    Hi'yall
My Exchange email service on Server 2003 SBS doesn't allow incoming mail, but I can send out mail & internally it works fine,I'm connected to my ISP via a leased line. I tried sending from outside then had that " delay message & thought it'll pull through.

    Help appreciated

How are you connecting to your ISP? Are you hosting your own SMTP server or are you connected to an upstream "smart host"?

If you are hosting your own SMTP server, then a MX (mail exchanger) record will have to be added to your ISP's DNS that points to your domain.

If you are using a smart host, your Internet Mail Connector for Exchange will have to be configured with credentials to logon and retrieve your email for your domain from your ISP.
