Work offline keeps coming back

Work offline keeps coming back

Hello!
Everytime I connect to a wireless internet with my laptop the "Work Offline" pops up.
I take out the check mark in the Browser IE in Tools but as soon as I try to connect it appears again and the check mark is there again.
