Can't Receive Email from yahoo addresses

I have just discovered that I am NOT receiving email in my Outlook 2000 email account from 2 friends, who have recently switched from AOL and/or MSN to yahoo email , Can anyone help me with this?

Usual culprits can include Outlook's Spam/Junk filter moving the messages from your Inbox to the Junk folder, SPAM filters included in Antivirus/Security Software Suites, or your Internet Service Provider's SPAM filter configured to auto-delete and classifying them as SPAM.

If your ISP provides a webmail interface to your email account with a browser, login that way and have your friends send you some test messages. See if they show up in webmail. If they do, the messages are getting to your ISP and past any ISP SPAM filters, and the problem lies with their download from your ISP and into Outlook.
