webpage problem

I am having trouble accessing ebay and google - every time I type in the URL the page displays - "soon.." - I cannot get in... a while back ago I got attacked with a popup frenzie and I fixed it but since I cannot access these two sites. I can access all other sites without problems...HELP!

Sounds like a virus or Adware to me.

Are you running good anti-virus software?

You need a system scan for virus' as the first step.

2nd step; run a good spyware (like Spybot) and Adware (like AdAware) applicaton on your system.

3rd step is to run msconfig to confirm what's running when you boot up...but that's only if needed. Let us know about steps 1-2.
