| It looks like you're hosting with 1&1 ... go to the control panel, and look for the section where you can add applications (sometimes this will be in a section on a page; some hosters use an application called Fantastico to add applications to your site). Chances are there's a bulletin board application or two provided by 1&1; some of the more common ones are Vanilla, SMF, phpBB. If you're not sure, give them a call. That way you won't have advertising on your site (and the possibility of inappropriate content popping up in an ad - the Free Forums for You site isn't clear about what kind of advertising they allow).
Within your WebsiteBuilder site, you'll need to create a page to connect to the forums. That's typically done in one of two ways these days: by a redirect to an outside page, or by inclusion of the external page's content in what's called an iframe. It's not difficult to do. If it's not clear from the WebsiteBuilder documentation how to do this, give your 1&1 support number a call.
