How can I get regsitered if I don't have a set address?

I am from the Uk and have a business in South Korea. I already have a website and I recruit teachers for schools in South Korea. I live here at the moment, but might go to China soon. I don't have an office but just run everything from home. How can I get a business licence or registration??
