Where do I start?

Ok, so I want to start an internet business but I don't know where to start. I have a great idea and a few people who are willing to create the website for me, but thats about all I have now. Can someone who has a successful internet business please advise me on what to do. What form/s do I need to sign to get my work copyrighted. What else besides copyright do I need to worry about? I'm completely new to this and I know I will spent a lot of money on marketing and advertising but before I get there I want to make sure I cover all the bases. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

ThoughtIWasTheMan,

First off there is a heck of a lot more to it then just getting copy righted.

Having spent many years creating successful online businesses I can personally
tell you that... it comes down to making sure you have the very best mentor
for you.

By reaching out for help you have taken a major short cut that others don't take.
Usually people make all the wrong choices before seeking experienced knowledge.

Do you have a business plan yet?
Do you know if your idea is marketable?
Do you know if you have the knowledge and resources to delivery to your customer?
Do you know where to host your site so that you don't get screwed?
Do you know how to get targeted traffic to your offer?
Do you know how to collect your sales dollars?
Do you know how to supply support to your customers?

There are a great many questions that you need to discuss directly with a qualified
business mentor.

I hope this is of help to you.

Blair
