Incorporating in New Hampshire

I am an independent distributor for Wellness International Network. I have a website dedicated to selling my products. Some of my colleagues have incorporated in New Hampshire in order to not have to charge sales tax. I am pretty sure they don't live there so am curious how to go about this? Thanks.
