tAx implication on foreign transactions

I am in the field of providing services of 3d surfacing.
One of my clients from another country wants to use my account for taxes reasons.
He suggests i should quote more amont in the invoice. He pays me the increased amount and then I pay him back the extra money, deducting my income taxes and trasaction fees.

What are riskes involved in these to and fro foreign fund transactions? How do i check whether im not becoming a part of some illegal funds transfer?
