regestring a llc company in us by an indian

hello
myself an indian i want to register a llc company in us. i want to know that can i open bank accounts from the name of the company in india and in us?can i use this company in all over the world or i would need to register it in india too to start bussiness in india?

2.i will need to pay tax in india or in us or both?
