| International treaty re: voice and data I am looking for the name of the international agreement that regulates transmission of data by packets over the internet and does not violate the regulations of national telephone companies in specific countries. Someone mentioned the Treaty of Helsinski but a google search on that only indicates a common agreement among some company participants to the controversary overy MSN and Linux
For example: if VOIP data is submitted over internet lines what are individual governments not allowed to tax or restrict. |
