Hi Everyone,

I want to start export import company. Most likely importing goods from different countries to Europe and I have a problem how to start it.
I know the market I want to deal with but I have a lot of questions.
Should I contact supplier first or receiver of goods?
Should I set up the website first or later?
I don't know if idea going to be successful then I don't want to make investment.
How to write business letter that going to work on both sides?
Then making the long story short I need to know step by step from beginning to the end.
